Vinyasa flow yoga is also called Flow yoga because of the smooth way that poses (asanas) run together and are linked to the breath.  This style of yoga offers a lot of variety and builds strength and flexibility through dynamic movement. It's a great place to start for all of you who are just at the beginning of your yoga path. Flow yoga has a lot of benefits for mind and body: it charges us with good energy, stimulates inner organs, helps to relax and reduces stress and also calms our mind.
